Quality: welding paste collection, rewarming, mixing, use, scrapping, refrigerator temperature audit confirmation.
Work Content
• Storage
1) The leader of the production team is responsible for placement. The warehouse will store the welding paste in layers, according to serial numbers.
2) Place the welding paste to be tested in the compartment designated for the storage refrigerator. On the can of trial welding paste, mark the brand name, date of manufacture, expiration date and "trial".
3) It is best to store the welding paste from the inside out, left to right and from large to smaller.
4) The temperature in the refrigerator for storing welding paste is between 0 and 10. Every 6 hours the refrigerator temperature should be recorded and a "Refrigerator Temperature Records Form" filled out.
5) The recommended values for the storage of welding paste should be followed.
• Reheating
1) Use the principle of first-in, first-out (serial numbers from small to larger) when taking welding paste. Fill in the date and time you took it out of the fridge on the control LABEL, then fill in the "Welding Paste Use Control Table" corresponding to that date.
2) After filling out the time to remove it, it must be placed into the zone of reheating to reheat. The amount of welding compound in the reheating area should be determined by the production line.
3) Check that the welding paste used in the zone of reheating meets the conditions for reheating (4H) before using it.
4) The reheated weld paste should not remain at room temperature longer than 72 hours. If it is left out for more than 72 hours, the product will be scrapped.
5) If the welding paste is not reheated for more than 72 hours, you can store it in the refrigerator.
• Stirring
Stir the welding paste. The mixer's automatic stirring time is set at 3 minutes. Refer to "Welding paste mixer operation specifications" for specific methods and complete the welding paste collection time on the control LABEL.
• Use
1) The weld paste must be consumed within 24 hours of opening the can and putting it on the line. Cans that are empty can be recycled. The production supervisor must dispose of any surplus if there are enough in 24 hours. The opened welding compound cannot be kept in the fridge.
2) The leader of the production line must collect new welding paste from the warehouse when 10 bottles of the same type (5kg>) of welding paste are left in the fridge.
3) Add the welding paste in small quantities and repeatedly. The welding paste must be added in small amounts and multiple times.
4) The operator must stop the equipment and manually wipe the steel plate for 20 seconds. Check if the tin is needed, then return any excess paste from both sides of your scraper back to the printing area. Finally, check the quality of printing. The printing must be perfect. There should not be any short circuits, less tin or more tin. The offset printing must not be more than one quarter of the pad.
5) Scrape the paste and store it in the can if the machine has been stopped for longer than 30 minutes.
6) If you find that the weld paste at the edge has agglomerated it is important to clean the area and not shovel the agglomerated paste into the printing zone.
7) In the event that welding paste has been found on steel mesh and it cannot be removed, the technician should be informed immediately. The printing pressure is increased and the speed is reduced. Or the scraper has been damaged and needs to replaced.
8) The printed circuit board must be mounted within four hours and re-flowed, or it must be washed.
9) The cap of the welding paste must be tightened after the paste has been opened or added.
• Scrap
1) To ensure that the flux is active in the paste, the welding paste can be continuously added. The welding paste must be consumed within 24 hours of opening the bottle. Otherwise, it should be thrown away.
2) If the production is continuous and the addition is continuous, the calculation is based on the time it took to open the last bottle.
3) Scrap the welding paste if it returns to normal temperature after more than 72-hours.
• Abnormal situation handling
1) The weld paste should be thrown away if it is not used within 24 hours of opening the can, or if temperatures return to normal after 72 hours.
2) Scrap the welding paste that solidified around the steel plate and printing scraper during production.
3) Scrape off the welding paste from the PCB.
4) Yt-electronic processing: If the refrigerator is not working properly due to an outage of power or any other abnormality, you should immediately contact the electrician for maintenance. Within 24 hours, ice packs can be placed in the refrigerator.
